Information for Huntington Beach Performance

Date: Sunday, July 13, 2014
Location: Huntington Central Park, Huntington Beach

Musicians' Call Time: 3:30 PM (2:30 PM for percussion)
Performance Time: 5:00-6:30 PM
Concert Dress: Black from the waist down; band blue polo shirts

Be sure to bring a music stand, wind clips (if you have them), and possibly a stand light. In particular, the basses, euphoniums, and percussion may find the existing lighting inadequate.

We will be alternating sets with the LAPD Pipe Band, so we have broken up our playlist accordingly:

Directions:

Huntington Beach Central Park is in the city of Huntington Beach. The performance area is behind the library, which has the street address of 7111 Talbert Avenue.

The parking lot will fill early, based on prior experience; plan accordingly. Unfortunately, only Elaine and the Taylors will be permitted to park near the stage; everybody else must park in the Library lot and walk. Ken, Jim, and the tubas may drive down to the stage to unload equipment, but will need to eventually park their cars in the Library lot.
